找黑市就行了，当然回有些损失，不过如果你非要急这兑换，也是一种方法。

The answer is YES.
I just sold 3000 RMB for Canadian dollars at a Royal Bank Branch in Calgary this Oct.

But i need to remind u that u never get any better deal from the bank.

If u want to sell 1000 Canadian dollars for RMB, the rate is probably: 1CND=6.3RMB
