lowtrader.com, fast cheap broker for daytrader?

lowtrader.com, anyone has experience with them?

they trades OTC BB, $5 commission, waiver ECN per share routing fee. but has %1 or 0.0005/share fee for OTCBB stocks. claim very fast. do not know how they compare to direct connection brokers.

I always have trouble to get timely execution for OTC BB stocks. By the way, why TD execute OTC BB stocks in price priority, I thought OTC BB stock cannot do that.
