Connection constantly dropping lately....
Also, not reaching speed profile (paid for 5Mbps, only getting 3Mbps)....

Any suggestions?

网络常常断...只是这几天...
还有, 我应该是有 5Mbps, 但是只有3Mbps....
各位有什么意见可以帮忙吗?

这是bell给你的吧？他们应该负责配置好的。顺便问下，你是如何测得3M的？

Acanac is "up to" 5M. So, it's fine that you get 3M.
2wire modem is fine with acanac. I had bought one and had the same thing. Then I exchanged another one, every thing is ok.

让Acanac 给bell下ticket，派人来你家测试，然后和测试的人谈谈看能不能Double，实际上是bell决定你家的带宽

我的就是这样变成6M的，前提是测试人到你家里，有时他们只在户外测试一下就走了
