你打算长期做还是短期做，如果长期做，建议你买新的，短期的，1-2年就卖店，就修吧，糊弄着过吧。

in case of a cooler, normally compressor is ok, check the cooling fan's motor,that's most dysfunctional case comes from.
If you are ok to do some DIY, you can disassemble the motor off the rack, and take it to a motor company to get a compatible one, either brand new or refurbished, at a cost of most $40 to $60.
I did it couple times during the past years.
I'll tell you where to get the parts later if you are positive of DIY.

BTW, try to do some regular cleaning work, especially on the exhaust fins, at least once a year. This work will keep your cooler out of trouble and work more efficiently
