来一个超简单的苹果派,不用派皮~~~
是俄罗斯同事的方子,他们叫sharlotka,我给按照亚洲人的口味稍微改了一下,基本上跟做banana bread差不多,都搅合在一起,烤烤就能吃了,0失败~~~
同事的原方是400F烤20-30分钟,我基本上是350-375度烤50-60分钟,各家烤箱不同,先定个40分钟左右,然后酌情调整,到表面有点焦黄就差不多了。
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs - room temperature
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 100gr butter (1 stick, 1/2 cup) - room temperature
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour(mixed with baking powder)
- 4 granny smith apples(peeled and chopped into small pieces)
- 1/3 or 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice(optional)
Methods: - Beat eggs and butter with hand mixer, medium speed, 3 minutes
- Add eggs, medium speed, 2 minutes, the add lemon juice and milk, beat for 30 seconds
- Add flour, using high speed to mix well until you don't see flour, the dough is quite sticky at this point
- Pour all the apple in, use sillicon spatula to mix apple into the dough(you will see almost no dough but apple, no worry, apple will shrink and dough will be rising during the baking)
- Bake the dough mix in the oven 400 F for about 20-30 min until the cake becomes golden/brownish(or 375F for 30-40 minutes, it will give you more moisturized texture which I used). Use a toothpick to check if the dough is ready(the stick comes out clean, then it's fully cooked)
