东泰前面还有两个 S， 更吓人。

我是4月19日晚上才看到东泰及其相关资料，否则早就买了。


S*ST东泰预计2006年度亏损额将在4-4.2亿元之间(未经审计).
公司2006年年度报告披露准备工作已基本完成.由于公司2004年,2005年连续两年亏损,根据有关规定,若2006年公司继续亏损,公司2006年年度报告披露之日起公司股票将被停牌,公司股票存在暂停上市的风险.
截止目前,公司债务,资产重组工作仍无实质性进展.

我为什么买入东泰，在魙停上市前最后一天？

原因大致有：

1）惠邦投资在0506东泰股权拍卖的前两天勿勿注册，且买下了0506大宗股权。谁都知道连亏3年要下市，惠邦投资为什么还要赶快买下即将形同废纸的巨额股权做大股东？

2）惠邦投资背后的山东盛基，来头不小，实力雄厚；

3）[2006-12-07]股改承诺：在股权分置改革完成后十二个月内，在S*ST东泰原有债务得到妥善解决的情况下，惠邦投资及其实际控制人将通过公司定向增发或其他方式将其拥有的房地产业务及资产或其他业务及资产注入S*ST东泰，以彻底改变S*ST东泰目前的困难局面。

4）随便给一个例子。S*ST华塑 2005年大量计提，该年巨亏－0。67EPS。06年第一季度，开始微亏－0。01 EPS，半年报已赚了0。03 EPS（参见其财报，及 [http://news2.eastmoney.com/061218,532316.html ）。前一年巨亏，后一年“扭亏”一般不太难。那末来看东泰。当看到“S*ST东泰预计2006年度亏损额将在4-4.2亿元之间(未经审计)”我笑了，我感到机会终于来了。前一年巨亏，07年东泰就能轻装上阵。当我又查到东泰07年一季度微亏：“S*ST东泰：2007年第一季度业绩预亏310万元”，合计EPS才约1分多钱，我就不仅是笑了，应该是按捺不住的激动。一切竟如所料。我对国家政策理解没错的话，如07年前半年东泰扭亏，就可以申请复牌，而且很可能是山东盛基重组后复牌。复牌意味着什么？不必多言。

5）3月29日，又看到“S*ST东泰变更坏账准备计提方法”，觉得07年更有戏了。其中有一句“新的计提方案变更为采用账龄分析法并结合个别认定法计提坏账准备”，注意“结合个别认定法”，这句话很活，回旋余度很大。当然只是我的猜测。

其余还有，不再打字赘述。以上仅个人观点，或许错误百出，只作大家参考，不作任何投资投机依据。据此入市，风险自负，与本人无关。
