自雇是要自己申请，还是只需要下一年保税的时候按照自雇报就行。有什么详细介绍的没有？

自雇的税率是不是比较高？是多少？

self-employment income is reported in your personal tax return and applicable to the same tax rates as personal income tax rate. however, as tc said, self-emxx entitles you certain advantages.

You can go to your local Business Information Centre or talk to any business owner like coffee shop, resturant, grossary stores, doller store, etc, anyone who own a small business, you will find out what you want to know, trust me, just open your mounth, you will get them all.

还是买本书看一下吧。简单的说，你不一定需要注册，直接报就可以了；但对于自雇有很多抵税的项目，所以我建议你买本书看。

The information I need is how to deal with income tax from Internet which maybe charged both by US and CA, and how to avoid the loss during the operation.
