Accident this morning
This morning I rode a bike in a straight way. A car was trying right turn. It's my light on(my road right). The driver didn't check carefully, bumped my bike and pushed me around 1 metre. I felt pain on my left leg, especially the left knee. The driver is honest, he gave me his driver's license #, phone #. I wrote a brief description on the accident, he signed it. And he admitted it's his fault. Can anyone give the suggestion: either report to his insurance company or just talk to the driver for compensation? If it's compensation, how much I can claim? Thanks |

Thanks for All
Sorry, I couldn't type chinese when I work. I was on the left side of main street, go straight. The light for pedestrian was on. And I rode on the side walk. The driver was trying right turn, pumped me at left side. So I shouldn't ride on the side walk? If I talk to the driver for compensation, how much it normally be? I don't have any clue. Thanks again! |
