Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://test.turbotax.intuit.ca/product/services/tdis/index.jsp?" on this server.

the way it works:
install -> update-> patch -> run normally

if you have previous created tt20 file load it.
you can't import your tax slips from CRA
You still can go through the rest parts including the netfile

你说的install -> update是指一打开turbotax,程序自动的update吗？
然后就会强制你输入license code, 如果没有patch的话，没法到达help>Check for Updates.

Anyway，我明白你可以报，但是打...

after update install,before open app run patch. then open
app . you may have to register to get to the next steps.

ok, steps:
1. download app from official website(if you have previous version from before April,use it
2. install the app . if it ask you update,do it.
3. open the app it may prompt you for update again do it.
it may occur error pop-up. ignore it
4. when it prompt you for activation number,close The app
5. run patch
6. open the app,error pop-up,just ignore it
7. it will ask you for registration. seems to me if you choose later,then you won't be able to get around. so resister in. but it doesn't do anything for app function (except it seems you can get it going after register)
8. the app now can guide you through all the steps except the import from CRA function won't work(error: I 'very posted above)
9. you will be able to netfile to finish your return
