Sorry, it is easy for me to type english here. I tried to make "Lian Pi" by recipe provided upstairs. It is pretty easy, and I used 30 minutes to 'wash' the flour, but longtime to wait before I could steam it. |

我用的是一般的平底瓷盘
将一个不锈钢支架放如锅中,盘子放在架子上。估计将盘子放在蒸屉里也可。

我的锅太小,蒸了好多次。
用了一个上午才做完。但还是稍微有点厚。如果有大锅就会快多了。我是头天晚上将面洗好,放了一个晚上,第二天早上发现有3/4是清水。倒掉清水。搅匀沉淀的面糊,就可以蒸了. 蒸出来有点透明,韧性很好。
