TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 8, 2005--Diamant Art Corporation (OTCBBIAAF - News) wishes to respond to rumors which apparently have arisen on the INTERNET BULLETIN BOARDS. Diamant Art Corporation wishes to confirm that it is up to date and current with all of its regulatory filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission which can be viewed on EDGAR and meets NASDAQ/NASD requirements. There is currently no administrative order issued by any regulatory or taxing authority with jurisdiction over the Corporation. The Corporation is currently in discussions with the Ontario Corporations Financial Branch with respect to annual filing requirements which Management believes will result in no administrative action being taken by that authority as the Corporation will comply with any final decisions of the Ontario Corporations Financial Branch. The Corporation has been assured by the Ontario Corporations Branch that its current status is active and that no action will be taken by the Ontario Corporations Tax Branch for at least sixty (60) days pending the discussions.

上周五,垃圾市场,日成交金额过20M的有3只,15M\10M的各1只,2M到7M的16只,低于2M大于1M以上的19只,腾挪空间很大,以上小股,完全是活跃的大股走势,非常具有可操作性,到目前为止,行情才进入中局阶段,仍然有大把的暴利机会,看你会不会\敢不敢搂,哈哈.

ITEM 1.01. Entry into Material Definitive Agreement

On February 13, 2006, Dalrada Financial Corporation issued convertible notes to various investors in exchange for Gross proceeds of $5,000,000, with $4,384,800 of net proceeds going to the Company. $1,757,902 of the net proceeds were used directly to pay debt settlements.

The convertible notes mature in two years, at a 15% per annum interest rate and call for monthly interest payments with the principal due on maturity. If Dalrada defaults on the interest payments, the investors will have the right to convert the notes into common shares at a seventy-five percent (75%) discount to market price. In addition, warrants for 1,352,000,000 shares of common stock with an exercise price of $.005 were issued to the investors as part of the funding. These warrants expire in seven years and have a cashless exercise provision.


Concurrent with the funding, certain Dalrada investors holding convertible notes exchanged such notes plus any related accrued interest and penalties, for new notes with the same terms as referenced above. These notes are valued at $2,545,093.

上周五,垃圾市场,日成交金额过20M的有3只,15M\10M的各1只,2M到7M的16只,低于2M大于1M以上的19只,腾挪空间很大,以上小股,完全是活跃的大股走势,非常具有可操作性,到目前为止,行情才进入中局阶段,仍然有大把的暴利机会,看你会不会\敢不敢搂,哈哈.

你说的是USXP和PTSC吧！图我就不贴了，大家自己看看现在还能参与么？当然有艺高胆大的，但我想对这里大多数朋友来说，这两只股票观赏的价值更高。另外一只交易超过20M咱没找到，不好瞎猜。10M的大概是CWPC，4.99，要玩这种“高价垃圾”还不如干脆去正版市场，成交金额大的多，速度也快。15M的是XSNX，呵呵，自己看看当天的K线，能挣钱的时间就在早上10:00到10:30，大概一毛的缝。

HYBT从4.11窜到了14.35,是头牌状元.
CWPC是从0.5元起来的,最高5.52,现在5.0,是象上打的主力.
CGREF从0.76-->3.75
ZERO 0.56->3.75
SELA从1.45起步,现在已经是2.91.
PTSC在强悍庄稼的控制下,一个多月从0.09窜到2元,仍有很大上升空间,5.0可能挡不住.
太阳能股XSNX从0.08起步,现在是2.2,显然没见顶;
EMFP从0.31到了2.0.
铀股URIX从0.4起步,现在1.64.
兽药股SUWN从0.09到1.51.
等等一大批有量\有操作价值的候选股票.

By the way, Day trading is a good way to make less money on 10 times more effort. It is not recommeded unless you want to make coins. hehe.

Holding major breaking out stocks will make you much more money. But there is a limit.
500 -1000% runner is normal for a BB stock. Beyond that, it is in the hands of God.
