偶的e-mail稿,发动老外同事、朋友通过加拿大红十字会捐款
Please Help - Online donation to raise funds for Earthquake Devastated China Dear All, A deadly earthquake measured grade 7.9 Richter scale suddenly happened in Sichuan Province, China on the 12th of May, at 2PM local time. More than 12,000 people have been killed up to now and the number is still rising because at least 94,000 people have been buried under collapsed buildings. The quake can be felt as far as in Thailand and Taiwan. The disaster damaged the road accesses to the hardest hit counties which makes the rescue extremely hard. There are many things that we can learn from this terrible event, but first the Red Cross needs our assistance to rescue the survivors, and this takes money. We can all help by donating money now. It does not take a lot to have a positive impact. Please help them. It is a desperate fight against time to save more lives. Your help means a lot to the families who had just lost their beloved ones, to the survivors who had just seen lives vanished beside them, and to the volunteers who are now overcoming mountains and dashing to the earthquake site. Canadian Red Cross is now accepting online donation to help China. It’s simple to donate online (https://www.paypaq.com/redcross/new/index.php) with a credit card or call 1-800-418-1111 to donate over the phone. For the Fund Designation, please select “China Earthquake”. Thank you, everyone, for your understanding, for your care, and for your help.

Dear All, A deadly earthquake measured grade 7.9 Richter scale suddenly happened in Sichuan Province, China on the 12th of May, at 2PM local time. My version (based on the original one)
Dear All, A deadly earthquake measured grade 7.9 Richter scale suddenly happened in Sichuan Province, China on the 12th of May, at 2PM local time. It is a desperate fight against time to save more lives. Your help means a lot to those lives who are still buried under collapsed buildings, to those who survived but lack food, water, and medication, and to the volunteers who are now overcoming mountains and dashing to the earthquake site. It does not take a lot to have a positive impact. Sincerely, |
