我算两个， 周六、周日任何时候都没有问题， 两个都有车，可以Car pool住在附近的球友, 欲缴会费没有问题（一句废话，有问题才怪）

非常高兴看到有这么多人， 我大概统计了一下， 人数差不多够了。
我已经开始联系CC了，希望很快会有结果。
同时由于需要各位的详细联系信息--姓名（即如何称呼， 比如我本人，叫做Dale) 电话和Email（方便联系）和地址以及可否提供CarPool（方便安排carpool)。

由于现在是冬天，场地时间可挑的余地不多，太多打篮球的Group了，我想即使是10：00am to 12：00am 也只是暂时的，相信4月份以后天气暖和之后，我们会有更多的选择的。

Great news, I finally found a Community Centre has vacancy.
So this Sunday (March 7, 2004), 2:30pm ~ 4:30pm will be our first meet and activity.

The address is 2000 McNicol Ave. (Kennedy & McNicol)

Please be there at 2:00pm (Beside the front door of the Community Centre), we need to collect the membership fee first (For first time, cash only).

Instead of this message, I will also Email you if you are willing to be a member.

For all those who had sent their phone number to me, I will contact you on Friday night(March 5, 8:00pm ~ 9:00pm)
to make sure you are OK with prepay the membership fee and willing to join the group.

Currently we are thinking of a way to protect members lost if occasionally some members will not able to come and cannot find other people to replace the position.
It is only a thought now but most likely will be proceed later, thus, become to a member on this Sunday will be very significant because we may not have any vacancy unless some existing members quit their membership.

And later we are thinking of offically register this group to see if we can get some support from other organizations.

Don't worry ,about the Car pool, I will try to arrange someone to pick you up after I have confirmed all the members.

Notice:
Regarding what HappyRoad just posted. I'd like to clarify again here, in order to make sure the quality of play, the total number of people will be controlled under 20. (18 will be a perfect number)
At this time, we will only accept 18 memebership at most. The final vacancy of membership and Guest will be posted by myself on this Saturday morning 11:00am.

本周活动名额已满，不再邀请Guest.

在各位会员的大力支持和鼓励下，我们的这个Group算是迈出了艰难而又可喜的第一步。
今天的活动除了蛤蟆同志不知什么原因未到以外，共到了19人（风铃子妹和HappyRoad兄一工作关系未能前来）。

在各位球友的运动激情的冲击下，我犯了一个严重的错误。一不小心会员人数超支了，原打算只收16个会员， 现在不甚收了18个（没办法，白花花的银子摆在眼前，诱惑呀），再加上HappyRoad兄， 已有19个会员。连上Guest Peter和风铃子
下次活动预计人数21人，超支一人，特此向各位会员道歉。

按照目前的情况来看，本Group暂时不再接受会员(除非有现有会员退出）， 有关guest的情况将于下周另开Topic通知。

此次活动平均每人会费消耗大约$3.50。

最后， 再次感谢各位会员的热心支持并再次由于人数管理不善表示歉意。

P.S. 各位会员请注意，有关本次活动的消费情况和今后的打球规则，我将会给你们发Email做详细解释。

哈哈， 看到这么多人陆续有来希望加入我们的Group真是感动得要死。可惜目前我们的这个Group的人员已经超支，无法在吸纳新会员，只有做Guest的机会了，（其实做Guest的机会也不多，只有当会员有事无法参加的时候才会有guest的空缺出来）

多伦多的大部分羽毛球场都只有3块场地，所以一次活动只能容纳18个人左右。除非将来我们能够与一个Community Center 建立长期关系后再扩长活动的时间才有可能吸纳更多的朋友。

我会小心keep住所有发Email给我的朋友们的信息，一有空缺将立即传达。

其实为什么没有考虑过那位大虾站出来揭竿而起再组织一个这样的Group呢？

Apr. 11以后，我们的Group 将会面临成立以来的第一个危机，就是又得重新联系场地了，新联系到的场地有可能在时间上或地点上与现有的会员情况有所冲突（如果联系场地的话得到的话），到时我们可能会重新招纳新会员。

P.S. 如果有人能够帮助联系到长期场地（周末任何时间2小时，3个courts）的话，将无条件立即成为会员（呵呵，当然会费还是要交的 ）
