Try this one --StriVectin- SD eye cream.

This is the best one i ever had, it had reduced my eye wrinkle. I bought it from The bay. Not expensive, &$75 for 40 ml

My lady is trying sth (expensive though) for two weeks and seems working well.

To avoid misleading ppl, give a few weeks more and once get concrete result, she does not mind sharing the info. with others.
